Roller lifting boom WLL 73 T

Use purpose

  • This lifting boom is used for lifting rollers.
  • Lifting straps can be attached to either the lifting points at the ends or to the hooks on the sides.
  • The lifting boom is lifted with an anchor hook that is “sunk” in between the lifting boom frame plates and locked in place with two locking pins.

Lifting boom WLL 25 T

Use purpose

  • This lifting boom incorporates a rotating hook that makes it possible to rotate the load being lifted.
  • The lifting boom is lifted by the axles at the ends of the boom.

Adjustable lifting boom 5m WLL 12 T

Use purpose

  • This lifting boom is used for lifting prefabricated concrete elements.
  • The lifting points on the underside can be adjusted at distances of 1,600 to 4,800 mm from each other.
  • The hooks on the underside are rotating safety hooks.

Lifting boom 20m WLL 4,500 kg

Use purpose

  • This lifting boom is used for lifting long guide rollers.
  • The length of the lifting boom is adjustable from 14 to 20 metres.
  • There are several lifting strap connection points for lifting rollers of varying lengths.

Washer lifting boom WLL 600 kg

Use purpose

  • This lifting boom is used for lifting the washers of paper machine wires during maintenance.
  • The boom needs to be fitted in a tight space.

Plate boom 4m WLL 140 T

Use purpose

  • This boom is used for lifting large modules.
  • Several plate booms can be connected at the ends by using a bolt connection.

Lifting booms of various materials

The lifting capacities of our lifting booms vary from a few dozen kilogrammes to more than one hundred tonnes. To make handling easier, the lifting booms can be made of aluminium or high-strength structural steel (such as Weldox 700) as well.

The safety and reliability of our products is of primary importance to us. All lifting booms are delivered with CE certifications. The booms also come with operating and maintenance instructions and an EC declaration of conformity. We can assist with the commissioning if needed.

The regular delivery time for a lifter boom is 4 to 6 working weeks from the date of the order. The manufacturing time can be shorter or longer, depending on the product.
